We want every reader to feel good about supporting our editorial work. This Return Policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations are handled for digital guides ordered from Squizornvorpei.

1. Nature of our products

All products listed on our Guides page are digital downloadable PDF files. Once delivered, they are immediately accessible from your device and cannot be physically returned. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final upon download.

2. Refund window

If you have not yet downloaded a guide, you may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please write to us through our Contact page including your order reference and the email address used at checkout.

3. Refund eligibility

Refund requests for guides that have already been downloaded will be reviewed individually on a goodwill basis. Reasons that may support a refund include accidental duplicate orders, technical issues preventing the file from opening, or substantive editorial errors. We may ask for screenshots or other reasonable evidence to help us understand the situation.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within seven business days of confirmation. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to appear on your statement.

5. Order cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time before the digital file has been delivered to your inbox. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once delivery has been completed the cancellation request will be treated as a refund request, subject to Section 3.

6. Pricing changes and promotions

Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. If our prices change after your purchase, the original purchase price remains valid and is not subject to retroactive adjustment.

7. Defective files

If a downloaded file appears to be corrupted or incomplete, please contact us within seven calendar days. We will investigate and, where appropriate, send a replacement file at no additional cost. Replacement is generally preferred over a refund in such cases.

8. Updates and revisions

From time to time we revise our guides for clarity or to reflect new editorial findings. Customers who purchased a previous version of a guide are entitled to receive minor updates free of charge. Major rewrites may be released as new editions, in which case existing customers may be offered a preferential upgrade price.

9. Contact for refund requests

All refund and cancellation correspondence should be sent through our Contact page. We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day and to provide a final decision within five business days.

10. Updates to this Policy

We may revise this Return Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above indicates when the most recent revisions took effect. Changes apply only to orders placed after the revision date.
